Webba app for Kuipers & Koers Bouw.

‘My Kuipers & Koers Bouw’

Recently we were asked to help think about the internal processes at Kuipers & Koers Bouw. The first step we took in this was the development of ‘My Kuipers & Koers Bouw’.
An application in which (potential) customers of the construction company can view quotes online and directly put together extra work, building options and choice lists. Both during the quotation phase and during the construction phase, this portal is the place to follow the entire process in a transparent way. The application is also an excellent platform for communicating efficiently: Kuipers & Koers Bouw with their customers and vice versa.

App for employees

Alongside the ‘My Kuipers & Koers Bouw’ application, we also got to develop an app for the employees of Kuipers & Koers Bouw. With this application, many paper processes, such as time registration and (VCA) checklists, are digitised. Employees are kept up to date on the latest news, days off can be requested through it, and the app offers the option to report faults. In the near future, the app will be further expanded with packing slip scanner(s) for materials, planning overviews and project tasks.

Added value of apps for SMEs

At Webba, we notice a growing demand for applications to improve work processes. More and more entrepreneurs benefit from online applications for their business. By digitising paper processes, all of the company’s data ends up in one central, secure place. This means less time goes into administrative activities. Administration is also no longer tied to a physical location. Which is safer in the event of calamities, such as fire damage.

Transparent communication

Online applications are increasingly taking over the role of points of contact. Because work processes are automatically updated and are directly visible to customers, communication is very transparent. On top of that, online applications can also support better communication between employee and employer. A particular action, such as requesting a day off, becomes less labour-intensive. An employee simply makes their request in the app!

Customer-friendliness first

The construction company Kuipers & Koers Bouw was recently named ‘Best Builder 2019‘. The Best Builder election is organised annually by Bouwnu.nl, an independent comparison website for housebuilding. Customer-friendliness is therefore held in high regard at Kuipers & Koers Bouw. With the arrival of their new online applications, we hope they’ll be able to effortlessly continue this in the future.
