Working and graduating, is that possible?

It’s already been a month, but in February I, Melvin, started my graduation project within Webba! Over the coming period, I’ll make sure an even better workflow emerges within Webba by redesigning our administration & planning system. Working and graduating within Webba, here’s how it works.

I think a lot of people will already know me as a UI/UX designer. Over the past year and a half, I’ve been able to help many customers with all their design challenges. Over the coming six months, I’ll be focusing a bit more on the design challenge within Webba, and I’m really looking forward to it!

My assignment

Within Webba we use Companymanager. A tool in which we keep track of all our projects, planning, tickets, administration and much more. Because growing is an important goal for Webba, it’s important for us to keep developing internally too. That’s why I get to spend the coming period researching the current workflow and coming up with a solution to optimise it, how cool! I’m already well underway and ready to create and present the first concepts.

And then..?

In a few months I’ll finish my final prototypes. Besides designing, which is of course my passion, I’ll also deliver my thesis. And once all that’s done, the waiting begins… waiting for the result of my graduation project.

Holiday?

Once I’m done graduating, will I go off on a nice holiday? No, I’ll happily keep working at Webba to help our customers #onlinevooruit with all their design questions, challenges and much more. After two study programmes and seven years at school desks, I can then fully focus on my passion: design and helping entrepreneurs grow!
